September 10, 2020 – Former Thin Lizzy member Damon Johnson and his band “The Get Ready” will play a tribute to legends Thin Lizzy on September 25th at 8 PM (EST.) They will be joined by Judas Priest guitarist Richie Faulkner. The show will be livestreamed and also feature a new song by Johnson’s band called “Battle Lessons.” The song is also the name of their new album.
Tickets for the album are $10 and are available now.
For $25 (US) a special “Battle Lessons” package is available that includes a ticket for the concert plus a digital download of the song and a signed copy of the “Battle Lessons” album on CD.
For $100 dollars a “Gold Package” is available that includes the items above plus a “Damon Johnson and The Get Ready” t-shirt and a signed copy of the “Battle Lesson” album on vinyl.
For $599 (US) and “Platinum Package” will be available that includes the items listed above plus a new Epiphone™ Les Paul guitar signed by Damon and the band.

Johnson joined Thin Lizzy in 2011 and stayed with the band as they changed their name to Black Star Riders. He stayed with them through three albums before departing in 2018 to form his own band. Faulkner joined Judas Priest in 2011 after guitarist KK Downing left the band to pursue other endeavors. He is credited with saving the band and injecting new life into them. Judas Priest has released two albums with Richie: “Redeemer of Souls” and “Firepower” as well as the concert DVD: “Battle Cry.”
